VP of Sales – Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturing

South East-Coast US

Novaris Search are excitingly partnered with a leader in the dietary supplement manufacturing space seeking a driven, dynamic VP of Sales; with a proven track record in dietary supplement sales management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is critical in driving multi-channel sales & market share growth in accordance with the company’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy, including channel strategies, to achieve revenue targets and market share goals
  • Keep updated on industry, competitor, and market news and trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, new product development, and operations departments to guarantee alignment across the organization
  • Identity and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations to expand market presence, increase market share and drive revenue growth
  • Develop the sales strategy and KPIs, leading a sales team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of dietary supplement / wellness B2B experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments.
  • Track record of growing large books of business
  • BSc or MSc Business, Nutrition or related
  • MBA Preferred
  • Broad experience across strategic planning, marketing, business / product development
