Novaris Search is currently partnered with a distinguished leader in the health supplement market seeking a personable, creative Head of Nutrition. This critical role is integral to shaping business strategies and sustaining a robust presence in the wellness industry.

This pivotal position is highly-technical, leading a team of nutritional therapists and pioneering new dietary supplement innovations backed with the latest scientific research. Additionally, this role ensures that product literature is effectively communicated to both practitioners and consumers.

Key Responsibilities include:

Maintaining overall business presence / philosophy in the Wellness space
Leading practitioner education strategies
Leading a team of nutritional therapists
Working with industry regulatory bodies to ensure product adherance
Create new, innovative product ranges, understanding product lifecycles
Delivering accurate nutritional advice across various media platforms

Requirements:

Extensive experience in a similar technical role
BANT/CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist with clinical experience
Direct experience in the dietary supplement product development space
BSc or MSc Business, Nutrition or related preferred
