I am currently representing a rapidly growing company within the building materials industry. They are currently searching for a new Vice President of Sales, responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer service standards remain pristine.

The company largely focusses in the flooring and tile space, and are therefore looking for an industry veteran who has experience in executive positions.

The company are looking for a candidate who has +5 years experience managing teams successfully. Being very culture focussed, my client is looking for a ‘people person’, who wants to be present around the team they will build as the company expands.

Experience selling through big box stores, commercial avenues and through ecommerce is preferred for this executive position.
