My client is looking to fill a Sales Director position. You would be responsible for driving sales of tile, slabs & other stone products across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the Midwest region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 direct reports, including Sales Managers and Account Executives, to maximize performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and prospects to expand the company’s customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

5+ years’ of sales leadership experience
10+ years’ of experience in building material sales
Strong leadership skills
Ability to travel up to 40%
