Novaris Search is partnered with a leading, PE-backed Eyecare Management Services Organisation who are looking to hire a Vice President of Clinical Workflow & IT to support both their short & long term growth plans.

The Vice President of Clinical Workflow & IT will play an critical role in optimizing the overall clinical workflow design and traditional IT networks across all company locations. This position will report directly into the COO & CEO.

This position is remote but will require travel to practices across Central & Western US.

Responsibilities:

Lead clinical workflow optimization in order to maximise practice revenues, patient satisfaction and clinical efficiency
Oversee the progression and maintenance all existing IT networks across practices
Driving clinical efficiency across all locations
Ensuring smooth integration of network systems into both acquired and De Novo practices
Implement automation and technology to replace manual approaches within a clinical setting
Ensure alignment with company growth plans and mission

Requirements:

Proven experience of Physician & Clinical Workflow optimization – Essential
Proven experience of overseeing IT networks – Essential
Ophthalmology experience –Highly desired
NextGen / ModMed experience – Highly desired
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proactive problem solver
