Novaris is currently working with a fantastic fragrance house who utilise their passion for the space, creativity and expertise to create fragrances loved by consumers. They are hiring for a Sr Evaluator.

Headquartered in UK, They have a global presence with creative centres & manufacturing sites across Europe & Asia and sales presence in NOAM aswell.

Role

Our client are looking for a Sr Evaluator. To be successful in the role, candidates will feel confident being able to mentor and guide teams. Candidates will be able to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and R&D and will be able to build strong internal & external relationships.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage fragrance briefs & work with the technical team to develop innovative new fragrances
Coach and mentor other team members
Manage multiple complex creative projects
Select/develop winning fragrances in line with customer requirements
Build close relationships with accounts
Manage development of specific categories – namely air care, personal care and some fine fragrance

Candidate requirements

4 years evaluation experience minimum
Able to work autonomously and use initiative
Friendly & personable
