Novaris is currently working with a well established and renowned fragrance & perfumery house. After rapid growth, they are now looking for a sales manager/executive to assist with building out and developing the Oceania territory.

The founding family were innovators within the space and have continuously led the way in innovations within the space. They now have a global presence with 7 production centers across 3 continents that allows them to ensure they are flexible and reliable for all clients. They serve fine fragrance, air care, personal care and home care. Their focus is on natural organic and certified creations.

Role
Our client are looking for a sales manager/executive. They have rapidly developed their presence within the APAC region and are looking to continue this growth within Oceania. They need a strong candidate with proven experience within fragrance to maintain and develop new commercial relationships with clients. Developing, pursuing and onboarding new prospects to grow the assigned territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plan/strategy to maximise business opportunities. You will need to generate new business opportunities and build solid proposals that add strong value to customers The ideal candidate will be able to create, build and maintain strong personal ties with key people externally and internally.
This is a pivotal role at the organisation as they look to expand their market share.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be experienced in the fragrance space (minimum 5 years) across perfumer, personal care, home care and will have proven experience bringing in new business/new accounts. Candidates will be independent and able to work autonomously whilst also successfully being able to collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams.
