Outside Sales Representative – Corrugated Packaging

Novaris Search is currently partnered with an expansive and innovative organisation specialized in providing innovative corrugated packaging solutions to clients across various industries. With a commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, they strive to exceed expectations and build lasting partnerships. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Professional to join the team in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our corrugated packaging solutions. You will collaborate closely with the internal sales team to develop customized packaging solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Location: Dallas Fort Worth, Texas

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the corrugated packaging solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and design/engineering teams to develop customized packaging solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing/terms, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related field.
  • Corrugated packaging experience.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of corrugated packaging products and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Based in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
