Role

Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales of their personal care active ingredient. Working closely with the head of the BU, this role will work to execute growth strategies on a regional and global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts whilst onboarding new clients – initiating outreach, developing a strong pipeline (through distributors but also with brands and contract manufacturers directly) and then nurturing these new accounts.

 

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of selling to personal care with a strong knowledge of active ingredients. Candidates will ideally have experience bringing new products to market. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, able to take initiative and will have strong communication skills.
