Regional Sales Manager – Water Treatment

Our Client: Novaris Search are partnered with a leading provider of industrial water treatment solutions, serving a diverse range of industries. Our clients’ innovative chemistries and technologies help businesses improve their processes, reduce costs, and meet environmental regulations.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join the team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling industrial water treatment chemistries and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to present products, solutions, and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial water treatment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment chemistries and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Texas as needed.
