Novaris Search is partnered with a fast-growing Eyecare services company who are looking to onboard a Regional Director of Operations to join their team and support operations across a 3 state region.

Candidates must be US based and willing to travel up to 50%.

Our client, after successfully acquiring multiple practices, is focused on consolidating their growth whilst prioritizing investment in staff development, fostering an employee-centric culture and upholding the highest standards of patient care.

The Role

Oversee both clinical and retail practices within a specified region
Responsible for driving growth in their area of operation from both a revenue and patient satisfaction perspective
Ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained
Setting and monitoring of KPIs whilst developing supporting operational strategies
Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new, and acquired, team members and guide their development and integration into the team
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to shape company strategy and direction
Play a pivotal role in onboarding and integrating newly acquired practices

Experience

6+ years’ experience multi-location operations
Bachelors’ degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related degree essential
Optometry or Ophthalmology experience highly preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organised and self-motivated attitude
Proven leader with track record of developing teams
