Novaris Search are partnered with a leading provider in the water treatment chemicals industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Fontana, California.

Position Overview: As the Plant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production facility, ensuring the efficient manufacturing of water treatment chemicals. We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in plant management, specifically in the production of hazardous chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage production schedules and coordinate with various departments to meet targets.
Implement and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing a plant manufacturing hazardous chemicals.
Strong understanding of water treatment chemicals and their manufacturing processes.
