Sales Manager – Disposable Food Packaging

Novaris Search is currently partnered with an innovative and expansive start up Food Packaging organisation primarily in the disposable/ carry out space, who are actively seeking a Sales Manager to establish relationships with clients and drive growth across the US.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and has in depth experience of managing National Accounts in the food service sector.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key national accounts within the food service industry. This role requires a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of the food service packaging market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Development and Management:
  • Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with national accounts in the food service industry.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer strategies.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations with national accounts to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Ensure contracts meet both customer and company expectations, addressing pricing, terms, and service level agreements.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in food service packaging.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market intelligence.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key national accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and work to resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
