Role

Our client are looking for a Segment Director to oversee their Personal Care BU across APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans to generate long term profitable growth, expand market reach & strengthen market leadership in Personal Care. You’ll develop value growth strategy for each country & market segment and evaluate the progress. You will expand upon existing and develop new relationships. You will collaborate closely with a range of teams from the local commercial teams to the centers of excellence and marketing teams too.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of personal care and strong experience within the APAC market place. The ideal candidate will be strategic, commercial & business driven. Candidates should have a technical degree.
