Key Account Manager – Water Chemicals

Novaris Search are currently partnered with a leading provider of innovative water treatment solutions and chemicals, serving a diverse range of industries. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join the team and drive growth in the water chemicals sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding key customer accounts, providing expert guidance on water treatment solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to grow and retain key customer accounts within the water chemicals industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges related to water treatment and propose tailored solutions using our product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and sales support, to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business Administration) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the water chemicals industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment chemicals, processes, and industry trends.
