Our client are looking for a Key Account Manager within Fragrance. This is a pivotal role for their North America team.

Role
Our client are looking for a key Account Manager. This is a pivotal role at the organisation as they look to build out their Fragrance team in North America (after over 70 years of success in Europe).
The successful candidate will be responsible for building trust and helping customers to grow their revenue and identify key opportunities for growth. This role will manage 4/5 key accounts with a focus on hair care, shower gel, hand soap.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the fragrance space and will have proven experience collaborating with perfumers, marketing teams and evaluators to develop new concepts. Candidates need to feel comfortable collaborating with owners, manging directors, marketing and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be strategic minded and will partner with the director to develop strategies for each account to grow, whilst growing the US fragrance market as a whole.
