Novaris Search is currently partnered with a global leader in the dietary supplement space, actively seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to support B2B sales growth in West Coast US. This position will be instrumental in strategically coordinating sales activities, overseeing day-to-day operations such as customer inquiries and annual appraisals.

Responsibilities also include nurturing partnerships with pharmacies, planning agreements, and conducting annual appraisals. The preferred candidate will also have substantial e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities:

Grow West Coast sales territory, holding OTC pharmaceutical account responsibility.
Handle daily customer inquiries and conduct annual appraisals.
Cultivate business relationships with online pharmacies, actively seeking opportunities.
Plan and finalize conditional agreements.
Actively collaborate with with digital marketing and product development to meet customer demands
Coordinate demand planning alongside supply planning.
Drive positive sales development and increase market share for the OTC brand portfolio – with willingness to travel to do so

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business – MBA is a plus.
5+ years of relevant work experience, including pricing models/SAPs and OTC pharmaceuticals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of KPIs.
