International Sales Manager/Director

As they expand their global presence, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager/Director to join their team.

Position Overview: As the International Sales Manager/Director for Flexible Dairy Packaging, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market share across international territories, with a primary focus on the German market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the flexible dairy packaging segment.
  • Identify and prioritize key target markets and clients within the German market and other international territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
