HR Manager – Medical Device

Novaris Search is currently partnered with an innovative medical device company, based out of Cleveland, who are looking for a strategic HR Manager.

This is an onsite role based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Role

  • Support company President to develop/update organization design and structure
  • Partner with leaders as an effective, trusted and valued business partner
  • Manage consistent execution of compensation programs including merit, variable compensation, promotions and other components of the total rewards system
  • Manage HR compliance and reporting with all federal, state and local employment laws
  • Manage a variety of human resources projects
  • Lead company HR communications and broadcasting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 3 years of human resources leadership experience, 5 years total HR experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with human resources information systems required; applicant tracking applications preferred
