Novaris Search is currently partnered with an innovative medical device company, based out of Cleveland, who are looking for a strategic HR Manager.

This is an onsite role based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Role

Support company President to develop/update organization design and structure
Partner with leaders as an effective, trusted and valued business partner
Manage consistent execution of compensation programs including merit, variable compensation, promotions and other components of the total rewards system
Manage HR compliance and reporting with all federal, state and local employment laws
Manage a variety of human resources projects
Lead company HR communications and broadcasting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred
3 years of human resources leadership experience, 5 years total HR experience
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience with human resources information systems required; applicant tracking applications preferred
