Novaris is currently working with an innovative contract manufacturer who develop high quality consumer packaged goods. Our client offer both contract manufacturing and private label and pride themselves on their quality and their innovative approach to manufacturing. Our client are continuously innovating to ensure their service remains seamless and agile to adapt to all clients needs.

Role

Our client are looking for a head of sales who will lead on all sales activities. Developing the growth strategy and sales strategies and driving revenue growth. After considerable growth over the last few years, they are looking for a growth oriented and strategic minded individual to continue this growth.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop key sales strategies
• Identify key geographical markets and stay on top of market trends
• Oversee product development strategy
• Coach and lead the sales team
• Exploring new opportunities within the customer base to increase sales
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years within FMCG contract manufacturing – ideally in personal and/or home care. Candidates will have an MBA or equivalent (lesser degree is accepted for higher experience). Candidates must have fluent German & English. Successful candidates will be strategic minded, innovative & self motivated.

This role is hybrid but needs someone in office 2/3 days a week,
