Novaris is currently working with an innovative biotechnology company developing vegan active personal care ingredients. They are seeking a Head of Sales to come in, create the road map and drive the strategic growth of the organisation.

By constantly putting focus on R&D, our client can ensure they are using the latest technologies and remaining innovative to provide the highest-quality ingredients and have big plans for the launches in the future.
Role
Our client are looking for a Head of Sales. Reporting into the CEO, this role will be responsible for leading the entire sales function. You will be responsible for creating the sales strategy for the next five years and generating the road map for each new market launch and new product launch. You will be responsible for ensuring that the existing product can generate the revenue for the organisation and can be scaled across Europe and then globally. As sales grow, you will need to build out the sales team as appropriate.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of personal care active ingredients and a proven ability to drive sales in this space. Candidates must have experience creating sales strategy for product and market launches. Successful candidates will be confident, personable and strategic minded.
