Currently, this client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the team as a Global Product Manager, focusing on beverage applications.

The Global Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from conception through commercialization, ensuring that our products meet market needs and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global product strategies for the beverage ingredients portfolio.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to drive product development and innovation.
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies.
Monitor product performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and support to sales and marketing teams.
Prepare and present product-related reports and presentations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the ingredient industry, specifically focusing on beverage applications.
Strong understanding of the beverage market, including trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and achieve business objectives.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
