Novaris Search are currently partnered with a well established and fast growing Testing, Inspection, and Certification service provider who are currently looking for a General Manager to oversee 1 rapidly growing site.

This is an onsite position and relocation can be offered.

Responsibilities:

Responsible and accountable to drive and deliver to annual Operational Plan commitments including: revenues, profit, working capital and operational performance
Develop and execute short and long term business plans and strategies to include operational goals, equipment needs, and staffing for the location
Maintain contact and relationships with top location accounts in line with policies, and participate as necessary to cultivate new accounts

Requirements:

Working knowledge of laboratory safety
Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, BEng) in an engineering or technical-related discipline
Strong leadership Experience and a high EQ
TIC Industry experience is a must
ISO 17025 experience
