Novaris Search are partnered with a prominent manufacturer of water treatment chemicals. Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. Specializing in cutting-edge solutions for water treatment, they committed to providing their clients with top-quality products and unparalleled technical support.

Position Overview: As a Field Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional technical assistance and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in water treatment, particularly with expertise in Reverse Osmosis (RO) applications.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support to clients in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment chemical systems, with a focus on Reverse Osmosis.
Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Conduct regular training sessions for clients and internal staff on the proper usage and maintenance of water treatment systems.
Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Work closely with the R&D team to stay updated on new product developments and industry trends.
Document and report technical issues, solutions, and customer feedback to the relevant departments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted technical advisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical support role within the water treatment industry.
In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes, with a focus on Reverse Osmosis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for on-site support.
