Novaris Search is currently partnered with a leading growing Home Health Care and Hospice group in the search for an Executive Vice President of Operations to join their organisation.

Our client is planning to expand and grow over 2025 and seeking an experienced manager who preferably has a strong record of achievement in multi-store operations in the Home Health and Hospice industry.

Responsibilities:

–Oversee overall operations, manage personnel performance, and ensure smooth office management

-Contribute to the overall success of the company through effective leadership and execution of services

-Ensures HH staff are informed about decisions and actions from the governing body, advisory boards, and management

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree is required

-At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role in home health or hospice

-MBA is preferred
