Director Operations – Fertility Clinics

Novaris Search is working in close partnership with a leading fertility service provider dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood. We are currently recruiting for a Director of Operations. This role is hybrid across 15+ clinics in the South East, US.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinic operations, streamline processes, and improve overall performance
Oversee and manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development
Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction by monitoring clinic workflows, patient scheduling, and coordination of medical services
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional fertility services
Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines
Full P&L responsibility

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

Proven leadership excellence in clinic based healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, procedures, and best practices
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
