Director Operations – Fertility Clinics (Women’s Health)

Novaris Search is working in close partnership with a leading fertility company dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood. We are currently recruiting for a Director of Operations. This role is hybrid across multiple sites on West Coast.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinic operations, streamline processes, and improve overall performance
• Oversee and manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development
• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction by monitoring clinic workflows, patient scheduling, and coordination of medical services
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional fertility services
• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines
• Full P&L responsibility

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a fertility clinic or healthcare setting, with a deep understanding of clinic operations
• Strong knowledge of fertility treatments, procedures, and best practices
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
