Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead their sales team and drive growth in their On-Site Occupational Health service line. As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, fostering key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, engage in business development activities, and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the on-site occupational health services division.

Qualifications:

  • +10 years experience in Healthcare Sales/Business Development
  • Must have contractual health care sales including B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
