Novaris is currently working with a growing contract manufacturing company who strive to provide the highest quality personal care, home care and OTC products. Our client is searching for a Director of Business Development. This is an integral hire for the organisation, and they require someone with a strong background & understanding in personal care contract manufacturing and with a proven ability to find, secure & convert new business. This is a remote role with travel as needed.

Role
Our client are looking for a ‘hunter’ and require someone with a strong background & understanding in personal care contract manufacturing and with a proven ability to find, secure & convert new business. The successful candidate will understand what business winnable, which brands is have staying power and which global accounts will be a good fit. The ideal candidate will be able to build a strong pipeline and will have strong success converting the pipeline.
