With exciting investments on the horizon, Our client is in a very impressive growth phase with a very strong 5 year plan to meet the increasing demand for high quality care. Currently operating in 3 states, our client are looking to enter multiple new territories. As our client continues to grow they are looking to take on motivated and driven individuals.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the entire operational function of the organisation and multi-site multi-state operations. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of operational activities, and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance & growth.

Candidate requirements

Our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer. Candidates must have a deep understanding of value-based primary care and speak the value-based language. Candidates must have experience presenting to and meeting with investors/PE firms and will ideally have experience going through a round of funding or recapitalisation. This role is onsite in Florida and relocation assistance will be offered if needed.
