Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in Opioid Use Disorders. They are actively seeking a Regional Clinical Director to join the company and support the team whilst ensuring good compliance.

Our client is one of the leading providers in the Behavioral Healthcare sector, with presence nationally they have in recent years experienced significant growth and success having successfully entered new territories.

The organization focuses on working closely as a transparent team, ensuring all employees have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our client is now looking to continue their success within the Behavioral Healthcare market through taking on ambitious and driven individuals with the future plan to continue their growth and success.

Role:

Oversee 23 clinics across KY and WV.
Supervise and support 4 clinical supervisors.
Work closely with ops and medical leaders.
Promote and encourage company culture.
Regularly provide clinical training to clinical supervisors and staff.
Oversee the clinical supervision process and ensure standardization throughout the region.

Candidate:

2yrs minimum previous regional experience in clinical role
Masters Degree – fully licensed
Remote position – must be based in KY, WV or southern OH
20% travel
