They are currently seeking a Category Growth Analyst to join their outstanding team. In this dynamic role, you will analyze market data, uncover category opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations on product assortment and pricing to drive market share in the competitive wellness industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal expert on category markets and the dietary supplement product portfolio.
• Analyze and translate market data into actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with sales leads, enhancing retailer presentations by leveraging market trends and shopper insights to elevate the go-to-market strategy.
• Act as the category voice in innovation development meetings, identifying key trends, market gaps, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with data vendors to provide effective reporting and utilize data tools.
• Create compelling sales stories that position products to stand out from the competition.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• 3+ years of experience in category management or sales analysis within the dietary supplements or wellness sector.
• Proficiency with syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen, Circana, GfK, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in dietary supplements / CPG, ideally with private label experience.
