Novaris Search are currently partnered with a well established orthopedic Medical Device distributor who are currently looking for a Area Director in the south east of the USA.

Our client is looking for a highly driven Area Director to come in above a sales team of 14 and continue to drive growth across the region.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience selling spine medical devices and should have a strong network of reps and physicians across the region.

This is a remote role and and candidate should be based in SC, NC, or GA and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Role

Manage sales team of 14
Maintain current account whilst driving new business
Recruit new physicians and sales reps

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Science or related field preferred
Extensive Spine Medical Device Experience
Experience managing high performing sales teams
Strong network of reps and physicians across the south east
Travel up to 50% of the time
