Novaris is currently partnered with a global, logistics and supply chain organisation in the search for a Global Account Director to lead their expansion and existing business across the Eastern US.

Our client is a leader in global logistics and transportation, offering a range of services worldwide. Currently offering services in Road, Air & Sea and solutions freight services, our client is looking to expand their operation to continue to lead the freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for managing and growing accounts with key focus on the Air & Ocean clients.
Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at assigned global accounts.
Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and timely resolution of customer

issues.

Prepare and deliver business reviews and performance reports to clients and management.
Conduct regular account planning and review meetings with the team.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required.
Master’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management within the transportation and logistics industry.
Proven experience managing global accounts and developing account strategies is required.
Prior experience in leading and managing teams is preferred.
