About the Role This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple healthcare practices. Reporting to a senior executive, the role involves managing regional teams, driving growth, and ensuring consistent excellence across all locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in multi-site dental operations, strong financial skills, and a passion for improving systems and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor regional operations staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered service Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development Maintain strong relationships with practice leaders and staff Operational & Financial Oversight Drive organic growth and improve financial performance across the network Monitor key metrics and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and manage expenses Support improvements in billing, collections, and reimbursement processes Process Improvement & Efficiency Standardize operational workflows to improve scheduling, throughput, and case acceptance Collaborate with internal departments to implement scalable systems and technologies Promote best practices in patient communication, referral management, and staff engagement Qualifications Extensive experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-site environment Proven ability to drive growth and improve financial outcomes Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to travel regularly to support regional teams
